1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Supero Coach application and website (superocoach.com and app.superocoach.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Supero Coach is operated by SALU Coaching LLC, a Limited Liability Company (LLC) registered in Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 32 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("we", "our", or "us"). These terms are an agreement between you and SALU Coaching LLC.

2. Description of Service

Supero Coach is a fitness coaching platform that connects clients with personal coaches. The platform includes tools for workout tracking, nutrition logging, progress monitoring, messaging, and AI-assisted coaching features.

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Coach and Client Relationships

Supero Coach provides a platform for coaches and clients to interact. Coaches on the platform are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of SALU Coaching LLC. We are not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcomes of any coaching services provided.

Clients engage coaches directly, and any agreements, programs, or recommendations made by coaches are solely between the coach and client.

5. Coach Subscriptions and Billing

Coaches pay SALU Coaching LLC a subscription to use Supero Coach. Payments are processed through Stripe.

• A coach subscribing for the first time gets a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and the first charge is made on day 8 unless you cancel before then.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, as chosen at checkout, and renew automatically.
• You may cancel at any time from the app. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We do not refund partial billing periods, except where the law requires it.

6. Payments Between Coaches and Clients

Coaches sell their own coaching to their clients and are the seller of record for those sales. These payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Supero Coach provides the platform and is not a party to the sale between a coach and a client.

• By subscribing to a coaching plan, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method as specified at the time of purchase.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app or by contacting support.
• Refunds for coaching services are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the coach.
• SALU Coaching LLC charges a platform fee on coach earnings as outlined in our coach agreement.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Share false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform to distribute spam or unsolicited messages
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Health Disclaimer

The content and services provided through Supero Coach are for informational and coaching purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have any medical conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Supero Coach platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of SALU Coaching LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SALU Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any coaching services obtained through it.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States. This does not take away any mandatory consumer protection that the law of the country where you live gives you. If you are a consumer in the European Union, that includes your right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, as provided by EU consumer law.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
